The Little Bear Who Learned to Yawn

In a cozy forest filled with tall pine trees lived a little bear named Bruno.

Bruno loved the daytime.
He loved climbing logs, splashing in the stream, and chasing butterflies.

But when night came…
Bruno had trouble slowing down.

🌙 Too Much Energy

While the moon climbed the sky, Bruno was still bouncing around.

“I’m not sleepy!” he said proudly.
“I can play a little more.”

Owls hooted softly.
Crickets sang their lullabies.
Other animals were already resting.

But Bruno’s paws kept moving.

🍯 A Tired Tummy and Heavy Eyes

Soon, Bruno felt strange.

His legs felt slow.
His eyes blinked again and again.
His tummy felt warm and full.

But Bruno didn’t understand the signs.

“I’m fine,” he said, rubbing his eyes.

Then suddenly…

Yaaawn…

A big, slow yawn stretched across his face.

✨ The Magic of a Yawn

Bruno stopped.

“That felt nice,” he whispered.

He yawned again — wider this time.

Yaaawn…

With each yawn, his shoulders relaxed.
His breathing softened.
His thoughts became quiet.

The forest seemed to yawn with him.

🐻 Listening to His Body

Bruno curled up near his cave.

“Maybe,” he said softly,
“my body is telling me something.”

He gave one last gentle yawn, snuggled into the leaves, and closed his eyes.

The night wrapped him in calm.

💤 A Cozy Bear Dream

Bruno dreamed of honey rivers and fluffy clouds.
He smiled in his sleep.

When morning came, he woke up happy and rested.

From that night on, whenever Bruno felt sleepy,
he didn’t fight it.

He yawned…
smiled…
and let sleep come naturally.

🌼 Moral of the Story

  • Our bodies know when it’s time to rest
  • Yawning is a gentle signal for sleep
  • Rest makes tomorrow brighter
